I submitted the solution provided on my assignment number 115917 twice but I received different kinds of feedback every time. on my third one, they even provided a template to clearly show how to write the essay. when I flagged the solution for the third time with the attached screenshot of feedback and template for the essay, the guy told me to submit a new assignment. below I have attached the last solution they provided.

From the Clifton strength self-assessment, it is rel
evant to connect my strength and the development of influential leadership skills. The Clifton strength assessment has projected the top 5 results which exponentially focuses on the fact that my qualities are determined based on the context of enjoying the past and intrinsically relating it with that in the present aspect. This is cohesive as an effective decision-making process can be influenced by this particular quality which is a prime aspect of good leadership skills.
The assessment has also deliberately provided the fact that I am a good learner and am exceptionally talented with a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. This proves to be one of the most basic criteria for successful leadership (Clifton et al). The leaders who are exceptional learners can effectively adjust in a particular scenario and address the issues more comprehensively than the individuals who are not. The assessment has also pointed out the restorative characteristics that I have which help me to adopt effective measures while dealing with problems. Problem-solving and analytical reasoning is one of the most contextual aspects of a successful leader (Moldenhauer et al.). Decides the contemplation of a disciplined approach and the ability to inherently take into consideration collecting and archiving inputs are also some of the basic aspects of good leadership quality. So, it is important from the Clifton strength self-assessment to the effective leadership qualities that contribute to my thoughts, decisions, and behaviors.
SMART Goals
The Clifton strength self-assessment has effectively provided insight into the possible aspects that will contribute towards the development of my leadership qualities in future propositions. Determining those aspects will deliberately help me to frame future holistic goals. This can be contextual in terms of my career growth and effectively help me towards building a sound career in the leadership aspects. The SMART goals for my career are as follows:
· Specific: Presently I am pursuing my bachelor's in Data Analytics. I focus to work as a senior data analyst after the completion of my bachelor's.
· Measurable: The specific aspects of working as a data analyst would give me the relevant opportunity to work on more than 20 projects within 3 years of working as a data analyst. This will not only be beneficial for learning as a basic aspect of leadership aspects but also will help me to understand to take effective decisions comprehensively.
· Attainable: Focusing to lead a team and working with the public as well as private projects. This can be apparent by focusing on the distinctive attitude that I have and the restorative approach to dealing with problems. Discipline can be effective which can help to attend to the pursued goal and foster my career as a senior data analyst.
· Relevant: The particular aspect of working as a senior data analyst will be relevant in addressing the experience for cohesive leadership quality.
