Research Objective The contribution of a code of conduct and work policies in today’s globalised era, is vital due to the gap in cultures and languages through which they are defined as work ethics and they are outlining ethical behavior, organizational principles and ethical practices. There is limited data on the influence of the factors to an ethical communication in a multicultural work environment on the basis of the literature review. The proposed research study shall hence investigate and analyze the factors that have an effect on employees’ morality and ethics in a multicultural workplace from a managerial point of view. A conceptual framework for work policies shall then be created to sustain ethics in a multicultural working environment which intends to guide moral behaviors that motivate employees to attain the organization’s objectives and goals. 2. Research Questions 1. How much do the factors affect employee’s ethics and morality within a multicultural workplace? 2. How much do the employees’ communications influence their self-perception of ethics? 3. To what extent do the contribution of work policies and a code of conduct prevent ethical issues in multicultural business environment? 3. Summary of Literature Review This research proposal is founded on the factors that have an effect on employees’ morality and ethics within a multicultural business environment mostly due to the complexities which are existed within the controversy of moral and ethical values. From the literature review, Communication is a primordial factor when distinct moral values interact in multicultural workplaces (Mandelbaum, 2019).To a great extent, the factors have mainly affected communication which has created by prejudices and stereotypes, differences in style management, distinct behaviors and norms, cultural differences at work (Moshref Razavi et al., 2019).According to Fitzpatrick (2017), resistance to change can be another factor which might impact on the employees. Quintessentially, the employees’ communications are highly influenced by age, gender, personality, education and personal experience which are referred to be from the ethical communication (Schwartz, 2017).In regards to Abbasi & Belhadjali (2019) and Mandelbaum (2019), effective and ethical communication is vital for employees and leaders to be understood the non-disclosure of confidential and sensitive information, honest communication, personal confrontation in public and avoiding business. With high ethical standards, it thus maintains a sustainable workplace (Mandelbaum, 2019). As per Modding et al., (2017), the contribution of a code of conduct and work policies are fundamental in encouraging the employees to be motivated due to the distinct cultures and languages. Hudson (2017) stated that work policies are beneficial in having positive effects on employees’ performance to attain the employees’ job satisfaction in reference of making decision process and behaving morally. In difference of adopting a code of conduct and work policies at workplace; it is meant to achieve the organization’s objectives through motivating and guiding the employees for innovating an ethical environment which will lead them towards an ethical moral behaviors (Hudson, 2017).Comparatively, code of conducts is a series of code that influence and focuses on employees’ ethical behavior to enforce of taking the right decisions instead of the wrong ones(Hudson,2017).Whence, it effectively maintains the adoption of codes of conducts which will result in acquainting less of penalties, illegal actions and failure(Colvin & Smith,2016). 4. Research Design 4.1. Research Philosophy A research philosophy is the very first thing to determine about a phenomenon which method I should use to gather, analyze and measure data. Most literature on ethics and morality are guided by a positivist philosophy of research. This research aims to identify the effects of ethics and morality in a multicultural workplace. According to Ansell & Geyer(2017),positivism is an evidence-based approach which is driven by verifiable data(Mura & Pahlevan,2015).Kaur (2016) states positivist research to be considered a scientific paradigm to acquire accurate findings through a reliable basis as it involves an objective and a measurable causal connection amidst two variables(Levin,1998).Taking into an intense consideration that the research shall require positivist philosophy for a quantifiable observations to analyze and produce statistical information and shall even identify a cause-and-effect relationship amidst the impacts of ethics and morality at workplace. Thus, it is positivist in nature. With a positivist research paradigm, it is mostly presumed the finding of a dependent and independent variable (Veal, 2017) that are then hypothesized through the utilization of a hypothetical deductive model (Ruzic, 2015).With the study of Modding et al.,(2017),work ethics have a positive philosophy on employees’ performance as it has an optimistic effects towards attaining job satisfaction with an intention of guiding moral behaviors that motivate employees to achieve the organization’s objectives (Tripathy,2019).Similarly, Metwally et al.,(2019),researched on how the managers are able to predict positive outcomes on ethics as they strongly centralize on the ethical practices through which creativity, cooperation and innovativeness are hence cultivated among employees (Tripathy,2019) as it encourages two-way communication and independent thinking to enhance productivity in a multicultural workplace(Yajun et al.,2018).Therefore, my role is limited to the outcome of only collecting data and not being opened for interpretation. 4.2. Research Approach This research is being based on a positivist philosophy of testing a causal relationship between ethics and morality will hence be adopting a deductive approach (Antwi & Hamza, 2015), by designated research strategy through which it proves and develops hypothesis referred to an appropriate theorical foundation that is established in the literature review. By this approach, research will be adopted by using a quantitative approach which is applied on statistics and mathematics theories (Daniel, 2016) through the basis of the positivist beliefs (Pothitou et al., 2016).A quantitative method is having its reliance on statistical analysis and hypothesis-testing (Kaur, 2016) which are deemed the appropriateness of the quantitative method for the study as

Research Objectives:
This study aims to investigate how employees at Aldi manly wharf perceive the level of training they receive in the first 3 months of their job. The research objectives are as follows—
· To highlight need of training for the employees
· To evaluate the process, which would be beneficial for training of the employees
· To analyse the factors, which affects the training process
· To recommend the ways training can help the employees
Research Questions:
In light of the above objective, this study aims to address the following three questions:
· How retailers train new staff?
· What are the key factors focused on by Aldi in training new staff?
· How do employees of Aldi at manly think about their initial training?
Summary of Key Points in the Literature:
Early Training
Employee training is one of the most useful ways, through which companies can develop the current workforce in the system. The need for early training is essential and the companies need to undertake the training does not only help the employees to get motivated it also is a return on investment for the company. As viewed by Du, Wang, Guo and Yang (2017), the trained employees will be more efficient in the process and must involve all the basic criteria to mitigate any issues in the actual field.
Other than this, the training process is a motivational tool for the employees. Early training makes the employees fit for a high skilled job and they can easily fit into the system because of the added knowledge they have. As supported by Alase (2017), these also keep everything normal and the workflow of the company is maintained.
Advantages of Early Training
The advantages of training are to motivate and mobilise the employees (Hyman, 2017). Employees who are working in a particular industry are highly motivated to work in the system and grow in the organisational structure. For this, as argued by Gill, Nathans, Seidel and Greenberg (2017), training is important to stay relevant and update knowledge. Employees work more effectively if the basic need is mitigated and they have the chance to build their career and skills.
Similarly, the employees with added skills and performance level can fill in the new positions. The vacancy is met by the employees within the organisation this saves the company time and money that needs to be invested in the recruitment process. As viewed by Castleberry and Nolen (2018), the company also has high level of internal human resource system, which makes the process more suitable for them to earn big cash inflows through extra performance level form the employees
Research Philosophy:
The research philosophy entails a positivist philosophy. The research philosophy helps in determining the methods, which are used to gather, analyse and measure the data. The research studies are or the literature on early training is strictly based on positivist philosophy. The objective of the reach is to point out the effects of early training in a workplace, which includes a multicultural workplace.
Research is based on data. No claim can be made about the results and decisions until there are believable sources of data at hand. In this respect, it must be mentioned that positive philosophy is driven by data, which is verified. The positivist reach is treated as a scientific way to arrive at different findings. A positive research philosophy is based on quantifiable observations. A positive research philosophy helps to understand the cause and effect of a relationship.
Positivist research shows that there are two types of variables. They are independent variables and dependent variables. Both the variables are used to frame models. The models...
