It comprises of both team and individual components: (a) Form a team of between 2 - 3 members. Minimum 2 members; Maximum 3 members (b) Meet virtually as a team, and select ONE of the below-mentioned research topic.  · Enterprise/ERP Systems and its connection to Digital Business Transformation · Enterprise/ERP Systems integration with organisational systems, such as Cyber-physical Systems and SCADA Systems. · Enterprise/ERP Systems and its connection to Digital Process Automation · A comparison of Enterprise/ERP Systems' Vendors and Products · Enterprise/ERP Systems’ integration with Internet of Things (IoT)  (c) Based on the selected topic, each member of the team is expected to select, and summarise (in 500 - 700 words) four peer-reviewed articles. 1. Introduction
In this modern era, organizations are struggling to be at the top in the competitive world, enterprises incorporate digital transformation as
a method for arriving at the intensity and provide the value creation. The digital change in the organizations comprise of data innovation implementation of various projects, just as organizational factors like top management support, advanced change technique, and the organizational changes (Ismail & Khater, 2017). The companies are changing their processes to digital business transmission as it can help in the emergence of new business models, processes, and new systems that can generate a profitable revenue model, with greater competitive advantages and with higher effectiveness. Organizations are accomplishing this by changing procedures and plans of action, engaging the workforce productivity and development, and customizing the customer experiences. As we know that the big data, cloud applications, mobility as well as social technologies are critical in terms of maintaining data security, these innovations are implementing more security. Similarly, as with any developing innovation some challenges related to cloud, mobile application, social, and big data also exist. The paper analyzes the association's level of advanced development and status for digital business transformation (Schwertner, 2017). The main objective of the report is to analyze the relationship between ERP system and its digital business transformation.
2. New Business Model in Digital World
The present unique business environment with its quickly propelling data innovation evolving world like Internet of things (IoT), cyber physical frameworks (CPS), AI or we can say self-organizing frameworks, presents ventures with new opportunities as well as challenges in another perspective. The different parts of the organization is mainly influenced by digital change incorporate authoritative structure, business processes, data frameworks, and foundation, which together structure an Enterprise Architecture (EA) (Karimi & Somers, 2009).
The digital transformation is considered as the reshaping of the customer experience, plans of action, and tasks. The process is to find better approaches to deliver business values, generate revenue-based model, and improve effectiveness – and organizations are utilizing imaginative advancements to do it. From a scholastic perspective, the digital change in the organization is the divided field as a consequence of the presence of different and various parts of the analysis. The concept of digital world change emerges from the integration of individual and corporate IT environment and embodies the transformational impact of new computerized advancements like social, mobile, investigation, cloud and the Internet of Things (Kotarba, 2018).
3. Better Engagement with Customers
Various elements whether physical or digital are touched by the organization for keeping the engagement with customers. Manufacturing organizations are focused on developing a relationship by giving important content for the target group including installers, system designers, and locale warming suppliers. By keeping the target audience in mind, they have mobile applications that incorporate how to introduce recordings and tools to make the establishment procedure simpler for installers, tools to ascertain the correct items for planners, and important specialized substance and case stories for locale warming suppliers.
According to the manufacturing manager, the focus is on putting the correct substance through those channels, to the correct objective gathering". Also, the retail director expressed that they are connecting with clients through various online channels like retail, wholesale, telemarketing, and direct response TV among others. On the other hand, bank manager realized that with the implementation of mobile applications as well as online marketing campaigns, maintaining a relationship with the customer is very important. Also, it is critical to find targeted audience for particular group of customers.
With the implementation of cloud-based services or mobile application using digital transformation, the customers can directly remotely access the system in spite of their place and time, they can make online orders. These orders can be seen by the company staff in order to make scheduled delivery. This approach can help in saving customer’s time as they are not required to visit the company every time (Bockshecker & Sarah, 2018).

The role of e-commerce has been increased with the adoption of digitalization in organizations. The enterprises can have great impact when it is proper implementation of OSS. Another digital transformation incorporates the use of cloud computing. Cloud computing profoundly affects the whole IT industry like a new business model. With the quick advancement of cloud computing, it can help ventures in accessing high performance IT administrations with lower cost (Rahad & Ahmed, 2013).
The adoption of RFID in ERP systems has impacted a lot on the business revenue. This wireless technology captures and identifies data with the help of wireless network. It helps in easy management of supply chain, personnel identification and other remote areas (Saini & Saini, 2011).
