Introduction
The main concerning fact in the paper is related to the Facebook Company. The ethical issue raised against the company is that it is not serving its duty right in moderating the hate speech channelized on its platform. The Company has allowed Anti-Muslim pages on its channel that propagates negative and hate comments. The overall situation is analyzed in this report. And the Stakeholder theory is used here in the report for the basis of the assessment. The theory focuses on the interconnected relationship between a business and its stakeholders that includes its customers, employees, suppliers, investors as well as the communities.
Summary of Scenario
The scenario on which the report is based constitutes the event in which the complaint is filed against Facebook under the Australian Racial Discrimination Act alleging that the company is not using specific and necessary measures to moderate or minimize the hate speech.
Facebook which is one of the largest and widely used social media platforms in the world is not able to implement sufficient guidelines and measures to combat the ethical issues that are raised to a certain extent that led to the case filed by the Australian Racial Discrimination Act. As per the claim Facebook allows several anti-Muslim pages that propagates the negativity in the environment and violates the right of people from some ethical backgrounds.
The Activity carried on from the social media platform is accelerating the difficulties for the Muslim people as they are attacked and the situation is turning out worse with the passing time. though the company looks up to deleting the hate comment prominently the complaint focus on the fact that Facebook should look up for more prominent and appropriate measures rather than deleting the comments and removing them from the platform. The overall group scenario depicts the intensity of the things that are experienced in the community (Burton & Dunn, 1996).

The business unit comprises both the internal as well as external stakeholders where the internal stakeholders are the employees, managers, and the owners while the external stakeholders are the suppliers, society, government, creditors, customers, and shareholders (Bryson, 2004).
The stakeholder theory is the main theory applied here and the stakeholders are the people who matter the most to the system. The main aim of the stakeholder theory is to articulate that a business must seek to maximize value for its stakeholders. Within a capitalist society, the business organizations are eventually connected to the most general state of the society. it is considered sheer unethical if a firm just look up to earning the monetary benefits and shedding the profits by keeping its shareholders in the mind as the firm or an organization is a part of the community in which it exists and if an organization take any decision ignoring the benefits of the community than...
