This paper includes human resource management issues that must be considered by Sydney Human Resources Managers in 2019 when moving managers from Australia to managing a subsidiary of an Australian multinational organization based in Paris, France. In addition, this article will discuss the issue of human resource management and employment relationships that affect the working life of French managers in 2019.

Today, as companies accelerate the pace of internationalization and seek new markets and opportunities, HR managers face different issues and challenges in the HR department.
