In 1,250-1,500 words, discuss the implementation plan for your evidence-based practice project proposal. When required, create the appropriate form, table, image, or graph to fully illustrate that aspect of the intervention plan and include them in an appendix of your paper. You will use the implementation plan, including the associated documents in your appendices, in the Topic 8 assignment, during which you will synthesize the various aspects of your project into a final paper detailing your evidence-based practice project proposal.

Include the following:

  1. Describe the setting and access to potential subjects. If there is a need for a consent or approval form, then one must be created. Include a draft of the form as an appendix at the end of your paper.

  2. Create a timeline. Make sure the timeline is general enough that it can be implemented at any date. Based on the timeline you created, describe the amount of time needed to complete this project. Include a draft of the timeline as an appendix at the end of your paper.

  3. Develop a budget and resource list. Consider the clinical tools or process changes that would need to take place. Based on the budget and resource list you developed: (a) describe the resources (human, fiscal, and other) or changes needed in the implementation of the solution; (b) outline the costs for personnel, consumable supplies, equipment (if not provided by the institute), computer-related costs (librarian consultation, database access, etc.), and other costs (travel, presentation development). Include a draft of the budget and resource list as an appendix at the end of your paper.

  4. Explain whether you would select a qualitative or quantitative design to collect data and evaluate the effectiveness of your evidence-based practice project proposal. Provide rationale to support your selection.

  5. Describe the methods and instruments (questionnaire, scale, or test) to be used for monitoring the implementation of the proposed solution. Include the method or instrument as an appendix at the end of your paper.

  6. Explain the process for delivering the intervention and indicate if any training will be needed.

  7. Discuss the stakeholders that are needed to implement the plan.

  8. Consider all of the aspects of your implementation plan and discuss potential barriers or challenges to the plan. Propose strategies for overcoming these.

  9. Establish the feasibility of the implementation plan.

Setting and access to potential subjects
The potential subjects will be access through approval. Identified subjects will be asked to give approval through form. It is enclosed in Appendix 1.
Budget and Resource
There is a need of the personnel who is innovative and well equipped with the knowledge of the technology. The fiscal budget need to be increased so that valued databases can be access for the research.
Selection of Design and Rationale
The qualitative design will be selected for the collection of the data. This design will prove to be valuable because it will help to explore many facets of the clinical problems which are less known till now. The research articles which will be followed will provide detailed and holistic strategic approach (Zwakhalen et.al, 2018). It will help to generate evidences and determine the preferences of the patients. Qualitative research design will help to maximize the understanding of the different range of the experiences. Thus it will suggest the application in the given research case also.
Methods and Instruments
Questionnaire
The questionnaire will be used to collect the data. Paper surveys will be used. It will contain short text questions which will be open ended and it will help to gather maximum possible details from the respondents.
Observations
As the patients are there between 35-100 years of age, observation will be definitely one of the methods for qualitative data collection. It will help to record the behavioural patterns also by observing people and their behaviour in the natural settings. The nurses and doctors will make their personal notes and can highlight the techniques also which they used to treat the patients during different stages. This can also include photos, audio recordings, artifacts etc for enhancing the scope of the study.
Process for delivering Intervention
Researcher believes that this intervention process is a phase which supports development and growth under experts and their experience. The intervention will be delivered through presentation. After completing the research work the plan will be developed about who will be stakeholders and how they will be reached for example: students, professors, senior management, nurses, doctors, publications of medical journal etc (Hande, Williams, Robbins, Kennedy & Christenbery, 2017). The gathered information will be organized and the intervention team will assess it to give a final touch. The presentation will be prepared through attractive audios and videos and speaker notes will be kept handy to address the audience. The stakeholders will be...
