    To provide you with an opportunity to review factors that contribute to maintenance of a healthy body.

· Maintenance of body temperature
· Maintenance of blood pressure.
To maintain healthy body, exercise and diet are two most essential components. The experts always recommend having healthy diet taken on scheduled hours because time plays pivotal role in maintaining the positive metabolism of the body. When it comes to maintain diet, it has to be understood that every age has different requirements based on the nutrition. Therefore; at each stage of life, there should be different categories of diets that individuals should attempt to take. For example, old people should remain mostly on the light food intakes like seasonal vegetables and fruits. Liquid diets should be a part of their overall routine as well. As for exercise, they are supposed to exercise on daily bases; walking and especially brisk walking can be useful to exert extra calories. The maintenance of the body temperature actually assists in developing immune system of the body and it can be achieved by having some positive measures such as keeping blood pressure under control. In older people especially, a whole body check-up at timely manner is also important to do because it pertains to the examination and tracing of any issue that is related to the age.
2. Create an attainable generic exercise schedule for someone over 65. Think about the physical limitations that may impact upon mobility, as well as safety concerns and time constraints.
An attainable exercise schedule for someone who has mobility or safety concerns can include simply exercises such as yoga and meditation at the early daybreak. It is the time of the day when air is fresh and moving around in such pure environment is always healthy. Simply yoga techniques not only assist in boosting immunity, but also they keep the digestive system of the body upright and it ultimately helps in solidifying the overall reactive states of the body.
