Project Management Methodology was defined in 1960s as a method of organizing businesses into structured entities called projects that allowed organizations to work effectively. The term wa
s modified over the years with addition of new functions and elements. Today it is defined as a set of principles that can be used for managing a project from the beginning till end. More systematically, it is defined as a combination of the locally connected methods, processes and practices for determining best ways to plan, develop, deliver, and control the project.
