The Exercise: Questions
    Active listening is an important phase of communication at workplace. The channel of information works well, if the both ends of it namely speaking and listening are carried out well. In fact, as per the figure provided, the active listening exercise brought forward some quality insights learnt through the observation of the figure as well as supporting evidence found in the six studies. The grasping of information, as per the first question, was developed well as the skill employed in active listening. The active listening has core component of finding gripping skills inside of the listener because it is up to him what amount of information he or she grabs fully (Kristinsson, Jonsdottir & Snorrason, 2019). The speaker serves the purpose of first end of the communication channel from where, information flows and it reaches to the listener through various ways. The skill of the listener is to grab this information and apply into workplace as the set of instructions. Given that there are many vital pieces of information, the listener has to have this skill of attending to all information while listening.
    However, as per the second question, empathy with the issues of speaker’s perspective is something that I would prefer improving.
