The proposal is based on developing a project management plan for creating a retail-clothing store for the customer. The report identifies the goals and objectives of the project and store, the key customers, stakeholders, vendors and plans for the implementation of various strategies techniques along with the timeline and cost of the project. 
Summary
The project deals with setting up a cloth store. The main concept behind the clothing store is to set up a retail cloth store that deals with the needs of modern day high-end fashion. The core vision or goal of the project is to set up a brand, which is valued for the modern trendy and innovative fashion solution to the market (Kivila, Martinsuo & Vuorinen, 2017). The aim of the company is to reach the pinnacle of the industry and establish a name for it. The objective of the project is to set up a clothing retails store in the heart of New York City. The second objective is to make functional management to run the shop in the competitive fashion market.
Project Management Structure
Setting up a clothing store in the city of New York is a cost intensive process. The use of the matrix system will be the most useful solution to the problem of management. The large project of setting up a clothing store can be managed through the use of matrix stature. This is a mix of two processes together (Radujkovic & Sjekavica, 2017).
A dedicated project management team will be curated along with there are two authority drive setup one is the traditional project manager and another is the functional team the functional manager will be responsible for overseeing the application of the strategies. The traditional project manager will have more dedicated work to create strategies, draft plans and lead the team to realize the plan.
