In Part 1 of the Project, you identified your company in terms of mission, vision, and strategic objectives. You also discussed how HR and the training unit will cooperate to ensure that the training program is realized.


In Part 2, you completed phase 1 of the ADDIE model, which was analysis.


In Part 3, you completed phase 2 of the ADDIE model, which was design.


In Part 4 you must develop and implement the training project, phases 3 and 4 of the ADDIE model. You are required to address the following key elements in the development and implementation of the project in approximately 500 words or more:



  • The instructional method chosen (see table 8.1 in the textbook).

  • The instructional strategy used (see table 8.2 in the textbook).

  • Identification of material and equipment that will be used to maximize learning.

  • Description of the facility and if it meets training requirements.

  • Identification of factors used in choosing the trainer and its importance to maximum learning.

  • Implementation process (dry run, pilot, icebreakers).

  • Description of the process for ensuring training is transferred to the job.

In the very first step, one must identify the objec
tives of the company in terms of mission, vision and strategic objectives. For instance, let us take developing a software company that focuses on the development of new software programs, tools, applications and websites that help in the overall development of humankind through its work and dedication. To develop such a company one needs an appreciable amount of knowledge in the field of software development, which calls for high technical skills in Computer Science and Engineering and Information Technology departments. Thereby the HR and the training unit will have to be informed about the working of the company its objectives and the future goals of the company in order to hire and train the deserving individuals to prepare them for the greater good of the company.
Part 2 (phase 1 of the ADDIE mode)
The first phase of the ADDIE model is analysis, which means one has to analyze and summarize the working objectives of the company and prepare a strategy henceforth. As in our assumed case, one must find out the needs of the software company and the working schedule that the software company will undergo over due course of time in its working period. Analysis also includes starting the statistics in order to get a grip of the market trends on which the profit of the company depends (Yeh & Tseng, 2019).
