1. The four levels of evaluation in a training programme is used to measure the effectiveness of a training programme. The model consists of four levels namely reaction, learning, Behaviour and results. Each of this is connected and has well established relation with each other. Every aspect of the model is connected to the other directly in terms of knowledge.
Reaction: It establishes a relation between the training and the participant on how much they are involved in the training and what are their views on the inputs provided. It can be done by asking questions to the participants in relation with the programme. Each level ensures whether the participant is likely to pay attention to the module and also effects future decisions.
Learning: This level is tough to evaluate as it involves a large number of tests and assessment which describes the learning capability and efficiency of the participant. This determines the level of dedication and how much the participant has been able to grasp the training provided to them. This decides the degree of commitment and how much the member has had the option to get a handle on the preparation gave to them.
Behaviour: This helps in understanding the cultural effects and mind sets of the participants on how they perceive the training.
