In fact, risks exists everywhere and it is one of the mandatory liabilities held against the organizational culture to conduct risk assessment process on timely manner and implement required policies in order to provide workplace safety to the employees. In a time when the world is suffering from the pandemic outbreak of covid19, the development of the vaccination program and its implication is one of the major things that national governments need to work on.
