·Also monitor that how many staff are actually following training protocols, they’ve learnt
·HR must ensure performances appraisals to be on time and efficiently monitored
·Conduct trainings and reduce the time of issuance of caution or warning letters
·Ensure compliance of policies regarding code of conduct policy
