    Introduction
    With the advent of 20th century, there have been amazing developments and changes in the scientific and technological fields which affect the daily lifestyle of the individuals over t
    he period of 70 years. Everything has become digital which makes the life of people a bit easier in the sense that convenience has been added in terms of making payments for shopping and for their daily groceries. There is less need for cash carrying to stores and to make regular payments for daily expenses. Communication and travelling to places have also become convenient as there were many regions and areas where electricity was not available. Listening music and entertainment sources were mainly through cassette Walkman which was able to memorize only 15-20 songs on each side. But now, invention of iPod and online music library has eased the life of elderly people also to listen to religious songs. Revolution in the entertainment industry makes it effortless and low cost to reach their favourite music. In fact, they need to listen to their favourite songs which were broadcasted through radio stations and then they had to record it on cassette.
    Technological developments
    The transfer of money through cashless transactions was initiated during the year 1972 by the Federal Reserve Bank. Now a day, it has become quite easy to transfer large amount of money instantly and there is grabbing of cash from their bank accounts. Earlier, there was cash transfer of money through post offices and through paper money only. They were not able to purchase anything through online websites as there was no concept of E-commerce websites 50 years back. Now, it has become easy to pay bills online as there is no need to stand in queue to pay electricity and telephone bills. In fact, there was no facility for selling off any stuff online as it is possible today through OLX and e-bay websites (Connell).
