In the first Week Course Learning Outcome 1, I had been able to gain an understanding of organizational behavior. There are various traits such as problem solving, contemporary issues and approaches to organizational change. I prefer to implement all those domains in my business field but specifically, I will focus on problem solving as the trait of leadership. As mentioned by Stewart, Courtright and Manz (2019), problem solving is a quality that every individual or entrepreneur focuses mainly on, because this is the only main trait needed to proliferate a company or a business.
