Design of Lost and Found Application Login Page · This is the initial design of the login page · The user must enter their username and password and then click the login button Menu Page after Login · This is a design of the menu screen that appears right after the user logs in · It is a navigation drawer menu · On the top left, the username or picture of the user is displayed · The first button allows the user to find people’s location using their username · The second button allows the user to send a friend request to other users, the second user can then either accept or decline · The third button allows the user to send another user a meeting point which allows the other user to either accept or decline the meeting point · The sign out button will take the user back to the login screen Request Screens · These are the screens that appear when the user clicks on the second or third button from the menu screen · The user that receives the requests can either accept or decline the request First Feature · The first feature of the project allows the users to view each other’s real-time location · Real-time location -> constantly tracks a user’s location, therefore the markers move while the users are moving · The application uses google maps and GPS · There are small buttons (plus and minus) – which allow the user to control the zoom level of the map · Also, there is a button that allows zooming into a user’s location (directly showing the user’s current location) Second Feature · The second feature of the application will display a marker at every point that the user stops at · It also shows the path that the user followed to reach the next marker Third Feature · The third feature allows users to meet at a certain meeting point · Both users need to agree to the meeting point · They way it works is that one user sends a meeting point request, and the other user either accepts or rejects that point. Once the other user accepts the meeting point, both users therefore agree and start moving towards that point.
