Then you need to describe your workshop in detail. I would prefer that you describe one workshop, let’s say, that takes place between 9 to 12 in detail than 5 workshops in a very general way. The more detailed description the better. You can divide your workshop into 2 or 3 parts – as long as they relate to each other thematically. This part should be around 1200 words.
In part 2, you need to tell me what you were hoping to accomplish by conducting this workshop. For example, a greater understanding of Conscious Leadership or the importance of Emotional Intelligence in resolving conflicts – these are just examples and you can have a completely different focus for your workshop as long as it based on one of the topics discussed in class. Part 2 is 300 words.
