Introduction
This report will help to analyze the Donkey Haven App Project. Donkey Haven is situated in Australia. It is located in Daisy Hills in the state of Victoria. It consists of a 16-acre treed rural farmland and helps the guest to explore the scenic beauty of the locality. Donk Barlett is the managing director of the company Donkey Haven Pty Ltd. He is trying is best to promote the business through a mobile app. Yet, it is not sufficient for the prosperity of the app and is also expensive. Thus, Barlett was looking for some ways which could be economical and increase the sales along with the profit margins. They are also trying to enhance the destination of Donkey Haven by offering better facilities and services. He has set a target of 20% return on investment after the end of the project. This will enable them to compete with the competitors efficiently in the future.
Jen Harris who is the CEO of Jenny Development Inc and Julie Hillman the Director of mobile development also want to make contributions in the development of Donkey Haven mobile app. Donkey Haven have a website and must invest on the development of the same. They must utilize both traditional marketing approaches and the app in order to promote the business growth. For the Donkey Haven app project, they have estimated a fund of 10%.
Objectives
The ultimate objective of the Donkey Haven app is to edifice an app which can be accessed through iPhone as well as android devices.
