Support from internal and external stakeholders is key for not only success, but survival. It is believed that organizational commitment is made up of four aspects: affective, continuous, and normative (Mousa & Puhaka, 2019). Affective appeals to the emotional value of the organization in relation to its staff. Continuous commitment comes from the likelihood of retention based on opportunity cost of the individual. Normative commitment is the moral obligation an employee feels to commit to an organization. Notice that all of these are intrinsic, which could suggest that a quality workforce can only be achieved by aligning with the intrinsic values of the stakeholders.

In an age of "cancel culture," organizations, especially management, must ensure that they abreast of all the societal views on the morality of healthcare. Management is charged with overseeing operations and strategic planning. Recently there has been scrutiny in the quality of care being given and the disparities suffered in certain communities. CMS dictates that healthcare organizations maintain a certain standard in order to get full funding. This gives patients more say in the quality of their care, while holding organizations. accountable to their mission.

The bottom line, from research and personal experience, is that all stakeholders involved want the same thing: dependability and accountability. We want the healthcare organizations to do what they claim to do, which is provide quality care. Management must provide the dependability and accountability that the stakeholders need. That means being fully invested throughout every aspect of strategic planning and operation, in order to guide the organizational mission. An organization without guidance cannot succeed.

As for managment there involvement not just very important, it is vital to the organization. Buy - in can be very difficult, projects can be progressing smoothly and then suddenly take a turn for the worst, risking the final result and customer satisfaction. Truly you should have sponsors, Team members, and stakeholders for a full buy-in. Management is going to be apart of this. They are going to start with what motivates the stakeholders, and give them the best and trust information. Sometimes its something that they dont want to hear. Managers are going to step in a resolve this giving the truth and building that relationship. As these project become further and further along practice managers and managers will make sure that stakeholders know and understand what they are putting into these projects. They are also going to explain the goals and update stakeholders on the progress. This is something that they want to be consistent with, Losing that relationships with stakeholders and having to rekindle them is never fun, and essentially just making more work for themselves. One of the best ways to go about doing this it to make sure that there is always positive feed back at the end of projects.

I wholeheartedly agree with this excerpt from your post. You said, “The managers should work aggressively to create positive communication and describe the plan to save the company and the related details according to the business strategy of the company.“

The best way to go about that is for managers to communicate. At the same timehealthcare organizations should make cultural connections especially to their external stakeholders. Author, Tom DeMaio once said “cultural diversity enriches the intellectual, social, and cultural environment of the organization and enhances the organization’s ability to define and meet its goals.

We can certainly see the benefits and how pivotal cultural diversity is in organizations.Yet, to some degree there is hesitancy, fear, drawback for the inclusion to embrace the values of diversity in organizations. It certainly appears to be a disconnect (bias exist) between the intentions and actions of some organizations when it comes to promoting staff diversity (deserving) employees. As a proponent for diversity in the workplace, how would you as a leader drive cultural diversity with internal and external stakeholders?
