Introduction
In the global aviation industry, the prices of unprecedented fuel increased, in the troubled financial markets and in the past four years had been experiencing a challenging period due to the economic downturn. Vijay Mallya Dream Bird, Kingfisher Airlines - were often called "Good Times of King" - they were the worst witness witnesses. Indian domestic
airlines were suffering from serious market failures, which did lead to misguided government policies and ministers needed to take immediate measures to resolve them. In India, most upcoming airlines did add a large number of aircraft since 2006 and were largely positioned in the subway industry that resulted in high-cost warfare on all flights. Every aircraft in India was experiencing operating losses.
Project selected
Kingfisher was a major airline headquartered in Mumbai, India. This was the fifth Indian airline to offer the largest passenger airlines, with international and domestic flights available to customers at very flexible fares. Kingfisher was one of the largest airlines in India and was founded in 2003. It was owned by the United Breweries Group in Bangalore. Basically, commercial operations began on May 9, 2005; (Davidson Frame, 2014). including four new Airbus A320-200 operating flights, from Mumbai to Delhi. (MacKerron, Kumar, Benedikt & Kumar, 2014) Then, from Bangalore to London, the next international action started on September 3, 2008. (Davidson Frame, 2014). Kingfisher Airlines faced financial problems for many years. As of December 2011, Kingfisher Airlines ranked second in the air travel market. Kingfishers Airlines faced a tough financial crisis and became the fifth largest market share after Go Air Airlines.
Major reasons for project failure
· In 2005, the airline had many problems in its operations and then the airline said it was a loss. However, in 2007, when Kingfisher Airlines accepted Air Deccan's new airline, the situation worsened.
· Kingfisher had suffered more than a few million dollars in collaboration with the new airline continued 3 years to 10 million. (Ponnappa, 2014).
· At the start of 2012 Kingfisher employees came on strike and suffered huge losses compared to the dollars. 7,000 million dollars, which had been half-bankrupt (Davidson Frame, 2014).
· However, due to high interest and loans, in November 2010, the company adopted a way to reduce the burden of airlines, in relation to the restructuring of 18 major loan loans, which made total gross income. 8,000 million dollars, they agreed to reduce interest rates and convert some debt into equity (Ponnappa, 2014).
· Airlines did not help the use of strategic debt restructuring; there was no doubt that they reduced the interest rate on the dollars by using it. 50 million dollars per year were wasted (Davidson Frame, 2014).
· More than 6,000 workers working in the company, paying employee wages to the financial crisis of companies (Fernández-Parra, Garrido-Saroza, Ramírez-Martínez & Perdomo-Bello, 2016).
· Unless they pay the previous amount, major Indian National Banks did not pay more to the company.
· Management for Kingfisher Airlines was a big waste. They need some expert CEO to check their daily activities
· It was based on a fleet of more than 75%, instead of reducing the salary of employees, and delaying the payment due to non-payment, almost all international business rollbacks may have some pressure points ready for it (Fernández-Parra, Garrido-Saroza, Ramírez-Martínez & Perdomo-Bello, 2016).
· Jet Airways were a good fund, but Naresh Goyal was not in a position to raise new assets because he was looking at over 80% of the promoter of the company (MacKerron, Kumar, Benedikt & Kumar, 2014)
· Indigo was on the right track with its IPO program and time-tested non-profit expansion plans.
· This created Kingfisher Airlines - the only aircraft that not only make bloodshed, but a large amount of renewal and capital injection must be done.
Control Systems:
There were many definitions for companies in the project control industries and also in the industries. Project Control was a professional work that was not considered a group of professional skills. This was a key feature to achieve successful projects and planned results, which delivers the necessary benefits for expenditure, time and performance. "Project Control is a process for data collection, data management and analysis of project or project forecast, time, and effectiveness; and to deliver information in an effortless manner to make effective management and decision-making process (Bredillet & Bredillet, 2008)."
This definition includes the introduction and determination of the project's expansion, and finally, in all the steps of the project's lifecycle from the experience of the entire project experience and learning from the analysis. Work in the Project Control Professional Project Team works for the project manager and was responsible for the project manager. If the project management was informed and made responsible, the control was "control, monitoring, and analysis" project. - It was necessary to take care of the control execution. Project Control Professional creates and maintains information for the management of project managers and senior management so that control can be implemented.
Cost: Tie up with corporate government services to reduce their cash flow and increase their rates to cover losses by aligning with existing companies. Reduce the wages of existing employees given in the form of incentives to cover 7000 million dollars loss in the strike. An initial investment of 500 billion dollars is required to come at a breakeven cost (Ponnappa, 2014).
Schedule: The project is already running in a failed state. The airline's project needs to collaborate with affiliated companies with good capital right away. Already the company is lagging in creating reformations and hence the collaboration must start as soon as possible. With companies like MakeMyTrip, Kingfisher airlines must start working on coupons schemes giving gift vouchers and cash backs on ticket bookings.
Scope and Quality: Depending on how the project was controlled, it affects what was considered part of that feature. It was assumed that the initial baseline performance indicators in project control, determining the current state of the project, projecting the future probability of the project, any difference (the base at the current location and the potential future place) and proper consideration to restore any positive difference. Here the difference between the actual project known in the project control document, as well as the project hazards, refers to the potential changes occurring through problems and opportunities. Based on this, project control elements were mainly related to the measurement and control of the control currencies (Burke, 2019).
Achieving the necessary benefits in the center of a project successfully was an agreed project schedule that abides by some of its basic rules of development through its strong and complete project management plan. Other important elements included in Project Management Plans include the description of the scope of the project, the functioning of the functional structure (WBS) and the institutional breakage structure (OBS). The WBS structure generally follows the Project Budget Structure and provides a framework for project reporting, at least detailing details of the distributor details. OBS defines the organizational structure and role required in the project team to achieve successful delivery and for the success of Kingfishers project. From OBS, specific responsibilities and responsibilities can be set up for distribution to the team. It implements resource requirements and management. Once WBS and OBS were defined, they can develop Responsibility Metrics that enable people to adjust in project-wide delays, responsibilities and responsibilities levels. With the Control Account and Control Account Manager (CAM), this produces support for project control and assurance framework (Davidson Frame, 2014). The scope of the project,...
