The two leaders who have been considered from two different organizational cultures who had effectively made far-reaching differences in the world are Elon Musk and Steve Jobs.
Elon Musk was one of the most dynamic leaders who deserves are spot amongst the influential leaders in the world. He is foundation of one of the most innovative companies in the world are X.com, SpaceX and Tesla. He is known to be a genius who has effectively evolved the entire automobile industry with he is innovation and technology. The leadership style used by Musk is transformational type of leadership where he believes in a better aspect of doing everything and sides on constant improvement. He has effectively created a disruption of technology-based aspects in the organization with innovations and have revolutionized the entire automobile industry. He is known to be contagious and enthusiastic towards his work which influences the commitment and passion for pursuing big ideas or effective sources of inspiration. He is tremendously obsessive and spends long hours in his organization for every means of innovation and transformation.
Steve Jobs is another influential leader in the world who has a revolutionary leadership style and has effectively transformed the entire IT industry with the products of Apple. He is known for his artistic perfectionism and has inspired generations of business people even after his death. Steve Jobs was an autocratic leader and had a meticulous eye for detailed aspects along with a creative awareness. The innovative and the passionate aspects make him a revolutionary leader in the industry. The authoritarian and the demanding nature of Jobs also makes him significantly dominating in the organization.

The organizational culture is effectively influenced by the opportunities of innovation that has revolutionized the entire automotive industry.
