What are the opportunities for change within this scenario?
One person has taken the lead on renegotiation with a very limited role scope for this responsibility. The procedure includes targeting specific building products for a reduction in procurement cost, stating the maximum the company is willing to invest and locking that price in for 24 months. This is the opportunity for the company and the new and competitive suppliers also provide different opportunities for the company

We know the fact that first of all we have to renegotiate with the existing suppliers for getting the right materials and it helps the company for reducing the cost and for getting the quality material. Consulting with the new and competitive suppliers is second option, in which the company get an opportunity to hire the new suppliers, if the existing ones are not ready to provide the raw materials. We can only make products by receiving the raw materials on time.

What training may be needed to support employees to enact the recommended changes?
The company has to introduce skill-oriented training to the employees and they also have to provide on the job training for reducing the cost related with the operations. The company also have to provide change management training and it helps the employees to cope with the new changes and practices.
How can you communicate changes and required information to employees to prevent competitors also accessing the information?
First of all, the company has to create a sense of urgency and then they have to build guiding coalition the leaders have to support the change. After that they have to develop strategic vision and initiatives then they have to provide training to all the employees. Assessing the reading before the change also helps for understanding the impact of the change and we have to implement the change at right time

2. A) Explain how organisational behaviour can impact change and change strategies in an organisation. How could you plan for or control this in future projects?
The evolution of employees' attitudes about work is influenced by organisational behaviour. It has an impact on employee performance as well as the organisation as a whole. So, while implementing the change or the change strategies the companies have to analyse the behavioural patterns of the employees. For controlling the behavioural patterns, the companies have to provide value-based training and they also has to provide mentoring to the employees at right time.
