a) Identify and analyse the problems encountered in new business development, applying performance indicators for tracking progress and controlling risk that assists in creating value.
b) Develop strategic, financial and human resource plans for small business ventures and analyse and solve problems of business management.
c) Critically evaluate the nature and importance of leadership, management, ethical conduct and organisational behaviour for new business ventures.
