Job Commitment and Organisational Commitment
Job commitment is the feeling of responsibility that the employees have towards their jobs within the organisational structure. With the introduction of loyalty towards the jobs, employees make their commitment to the destined goals and objectives of the company (Delegach et al. 2017). With the adoption of duty towards the jobs, employees are performing their tasks and responsibilities to achieve organisational goals. Organisational behaviour defines the psychological attachment of one to the organisation (Qureshi et al. 2017). Commitment to the organisation predicts variables of work such as behaviours in the organisation, job performance and turnover.
Active and Continuance Commitment
Active commitment usually defines the texts that are used by individuals in case of making their word commitments. Active involvement is applied in case of making any decision (Haque and Aston, 2016).
