Mark is a body builder and wants to add more muscle mass for an upcoming competition. He weighs 251 pounds. Using 2.0 grams/kg body weight AND the information on protein content of milk, meat and eggs in the previous question, indicate which food list below if consumed over the course of one day would meet his protein intake goal without providing excessive amounts (which food list comes the closest?).
