In addition to the statistics she has learned in this chapter, Megan decides to use her linear regression skills from Chapter 2 to see if there is a relationship between the prices and the mileage. She hopes to use this knowledge to negotiate with sellers.

d. The car Megan is considering has 60,000 miles on it and the price is $19,000. Discuss her negotiating strategy. Explain on what grounds she should try to get a lower price.
