Data analysis method employed in the first scenario is qualitative research method;
and to be more specific, survey sampling has been used. It is under the qualitative research technique- survey sampling method, that interviews are conducted on large number of people so as to explore their views, experiences and get their feedback on certain issues or events occurring in the organization. This method of analysis helps in concluding and establishing opinions on a particular aspect which the organization wants to know from its employees (Ibrahim Kulliyah, 2015). This method is quite visible here as 55 employees out of 80 were part of the online survey where they were asked about their experience of induction program and the impact of induction on these employees.
Findings
Other questions were asked as well to get feedback from the employees regarding the quality of the induction program that they received. The purpose behind such an interview is to understand the impact of induction program on such employees; whether it was beneficial in improving the employee performance or not. This survey helps...
