I went through your report on System Thinking and really found it very intriguing since you have applied the framework on
raging pandemic COVID-19, which is a very relevant issue. The hospitality industry have faced a challenging situation, as people are scared to dine out and majority of us the norm of social distancing. Now, in this dynamic time of change either business can adapt to the current scenario or perish being sticking to convention. I really appreciate how well you have applied system thinking in order to identify the problem areas and convert into workable solutions for the business. Furthermore, I found your CATWOE analysis quiet appropriate. Going through your Rick Picture, I see you have worked on comprehending the need of each stakeholders involved in the business of Grill'd. Thus, I found you recommendation completely in-line with the analysis presented in the report. Grill'd as a business needs to focus more on deliverables, personalizing the experience for the customers and developing a strong relationship with the stakeholders. Jonathan, I can see plausible consequences identified in terms of building a strong value proposition for Grill’d where they are completely changing their business model from dine-in to take-always. However, what you can also add is the system thinking approach to bring out some creative ideas to connect with customers and educate about the burgers offered by Grill’d....
