The issue and supporting evidence for your argument should be based on the materials used in Assessment 1A – Annotated Bibliography. When choosing a claim for the argument, consider the following: • Use the annotated bibliography material from Assessment 1A for sourcing evidence and ideas for your argument. • Review the resources critically and select at least 5 to be used as references in this assessment. • Write an argument (up to a page) considering the following: o a good argument is convincing whereby the premises are acceptable, the supporting evidence is relevant to the claim and provides sufficient grounds for acceptance of the claim o make a clear point and justify it o write in an essay form with a logical structure 1. A short introduction with a claim. 2. Main body with a logical structure including supporting evidence from academic sources. 3. A concise conclusion which restates your claim and summarises your argument. o indicate logical connections and use connecting words • Please include a title page and a reference list using APA 6th style on a separate page. Introduction
This assessment B will be formulated on the ideas and relevant information from the assessment A. The current work is based on the central topic of motivation of employees in organisational sectors and companies. Employee motivation is linked and related with business communication. Employees are primarily the extent of commitment, energy and creative innovations that the workers of the company concentrate on their jobs (Areros & Pangemanan, 2018). In this country, when the economic condition is deteriorating or growing, the ways of employee motivation are always a major concern for the management. This work will be based on various techniques and countless ways to prove the engagement of employees as fruitful.
Reasons for the employee motivation for being important
The organisation related to the Business management department should concentrate on the skills of training development for the employees (Deak, Stålhane & Sindre, 2016). These training and development are required for the employees to develop their mind and get rid of their lack of motivation factor. It is generally seen the success of the organisational field depends on the satisfaction of the employees. The incremented efficiency of the trainings is helpful for the employees to work in an effective manner and ways (Dagenais-Desmarais, Leclerc & Londei-Shortall, 2018). Through this trainings and development policy employees are provided with necessary support to work in a proper way.
Duty of the management is to arrange this. The management of the organisation are arranging certain schemes to maintain a proper balanced between work and personnel. Employees always face the issues like less remuneration and other elements.
