Q1
As a brand-new student of international finance, I thought Nike's criticism wasn't fair. However, these critiques do aid Nike in strengthening its oversight of the working conditions at its foreign factories and in rating the facilities in order to ra
ise labour standards. The two reasons are as follows:
· I believe that the Nike partnership is a clever and original idea, producing athletic shoes and clothing in such underdeveloped Asian nations. As students of international business, our focus was on global market opportunities rather than just those in our own nation. To raise the calibre of the workforce and the products, Nike's executives should offer training classes to the staff. The Nike executives create a clear mission and vision that benefits and contributes to the world, and they promote it to have an impact on the Nike Company brand name, such as low cost high quality. The Nike executive needs to show more consideration for the rights of the populace and respect for other nations.
Q3:
Yes, I think that Nike corporation ought to take its social duties into account when making investment decisions for a variety of reasons. Managing social duties effectively through global business collaboration is essential for building a positive brand reputation. The typical person will have the mentality that socially...
