The user of these solutions are people like Emmanuel (persona). The biggest problems include quarantine, social distancing, safety concerns, travelling becomes expensive and border closures are some of the issues to be taken care of. The main features of this solution involve building mobile applications to opt for contactless services. Accordingly in the app you can receive updates on prices, budgets, rental details, flight tickets etc. The main feature hence is augmented reality which is accessible through mobile phones without the fear of contamination. Benefit range of people to plane their holiday, especially this would help in this present time travel (Covid), this would help in solving the issues such for people like Emmanuel (PERSONA), who is worried about -Travel Expensive, Social Distancing, Safety concerns, Border Closure, Quarantine). This app could be used by different range of people from age that who love to travel and also have a smart phone with them. But at this present this app focus on people like Emmanuel (to help in their journey).

It receives 50 million unique monthly travellers who are constantly looking for travel tips and advice from the people they value the most: fellow tourists and vacationers. This type of user-generated information is seen as more trustworthy and genuine by the online audience, and many hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions are losing out significantly to their rivals if they are not included in the top five slots. With over 200 million social platform reviews and comments shared to date, and over 800 million daily Facebook users uploading alerts and sharing photos, social media is overwhelming the sector.
