Introduction
Marketing is fulfilling the demands and the needs of the consumer either through product or through service. East, Singh, Wright and Vanhuele (2016) has discussed that the process, through which a consumer behaves while making a purchase is known as consumer behavior. As a consumer, I have experienced that while buying certain traits work that makes the buying decision.
Significance of Consumer Behavior in Marketing
The traits are different aspects of human such as psychological, sociological, anthropological and communication. As stated by Javornik (2016), that consumer behavior is a multi-disciplinary science where the different aspects of human behavior can come in to use.
Most Relevant Aspects of Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology as well as Communication to Strategic Marketing and Individual Traits of People Affecting their Response to Different Types of Marketing
The first aspect is sociology, which defines the social manifestation of the people. The social manifestation, which defines our socio economic culture, which defines the social culture or the area where we are living, the cultural aspects and the economic condition of that area, is the main aspect of the buying behavior of the place. The anthropological aspect defines the cultural aspect of the place. The culture that I have inculcated and the people in my surroundings decide the pattern and the way I will make a purchase.
