f a loved one sticks with you and is a pain that never intends to leave your heart. The pain of never being able to see that person you lose ever again can leave you and your emotions tarnished. This grief is invisible yet probably the most numbing feeling one can expect to feel (Psirides, 2022). Grief sticks to us and feeds off our mental health as mentioned earlier making us vulnerable to depression, anxiety and even panic attacks. You cannot understand how to deal with the loss but have a hope that it will fade away someday, and you will feel better. But that never happens.
