Multicast allocation. Explain how to extend a simple separable allocator to handle multicast allocation in addition to unicast allocation. The multicast allocator accepts two additional inputs per input port: a multicast request r_m, which is asserted when the port wishes to simultaneously allocate several outputs, and a multicast bit vector b_m
with one bit for each output to indicate which outputs are to be allocated for the multicast.
