Significance of Delivering Safe and High-Quality Care to Patients and Consumers
To begin with, the introduction of The Australian Safety and Quality Framework for Health Care, it lays out a goal for all patients, workers and care providers to have access to safe and high-quality health care in Australia. The Structure identifies some areas of action that all stakeholders in the health-care system may pursue over the next decade to improve the safety and quality of treatment given (Frakking et al. 2020). It should be utilised as a framework for evaluating investments, doing research and having conversations with consumers, managers and other stakeholders. Some of the areas to be highlighted are as follows.
