The new installation will be located at Lot 101 Brodie Road Lonsdale, South Australia 5160. You must provide an Information Pack to TAFESA Electrical Engineering Department to support your planned electrical distribution system that complies with latest edition of AS/NZS3000, AS/NZS3008.1.1 and the South Australian Power Networks’ Service and Installation Rules All details for the Consumer Mains, Sub-mains, FSCs, all circuit protection details and interrupting capacities must be included. The Sub-mains shall be protected by circuit breakers. The underground services are to be installed as detailed on the Installation Site Plan. • The Sub-mains are to be installed as per the provided Site Plan. Note that due to the size of this installation, each shed will be considered as an out-building with regards to the Earthing arrangements, allowing separate MEN installations. • The Units will be a combination of construction methods. The factory walls will be predominantly concrete and the roof is a steel framework with cliplock sheeting. The offices internal walls will be utilising plasterboard and a wooden frame. Insulation is installed in the walls and ceiling of the office area only. The anticipated ambient temperature in the office is 30°C and 40°C in the factory. • V90, PVC/PVC, TPS cables shall be used for all FSCs within the dwelling. • Circuit protection shall be circuit breakers or circuit breaker/RCD combinations. • All electrical components, where possible, are to be Clipsal, NHP or Schneider brand.
