We are a specialist data driven Direct and Digital marketing services company, working with tier 1 and tier 2 companies and organisations to deliver innovative solutions resulting in tangible and measurable outcomes. We work by the motto “Give us a problem and we’ll provide a well thought out solution”. We have two main streams of business; 1. iGODirect (direct & Digital marketing) customers and 2. Come True (Gift & rewards card, loyalty and marketing services) customers. We work specifically in a niche market offering a total solution to a customer’s direct mail marketing needs. Project Description iGODirect is looking to expand its in-house functionality by providing its users with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that will assist them in their day-to-day tasks. This platform will be integrated into one of our existing systems and will be responsible for assisting the client services team with their daily tasks of contacting and following up with new and existing clients, respectively. Any changes made in the CRM would be reflected in the rest of the system as well. The platform will provide information regarding invoices, client details, when a client was last contacted, when the last invoice was received from a client and when a follow up call is scheduled. It will also perform tasks such as sending out automated emails/text messages, sends reminders/notification to the client services team and updating client details etc. The CRM will act as a point of reference for the client services team which will allow them to perform their tasks more efficiently and effectively which in turn will help the business grow and maintain its customer base. The CRM would ideally integrate with MYOB accounting software via an API or webhook to drive the flow of information. It will be importing all the details regarding the clients, products and sales from MYOB and storing them in a local database. The best programming practices should be followed to ensure the future expandability of the project. Project Requirements iGODirect will provide any licenses that will be required for the development of this project and the scope is not limited to the following items. It will be decided and confirmed with the students based on their aptitude and collaboration with iGODirect. The key Deliverables of this project are mentioned below:  Documentation.  Cross Platform Web App.  Database. These deliverables will consist of the following items/features: Documentation  Wireframe/s.  Flowcharts of the use cases.  System Sequence Diagrams.  Documentation of the system and API Endpoints. Web App  Cross platform responsive web app.  2-way API connection with MYOB.  Contact management.  Sales team and customer opportunity management.  Reports and Dashboards.  Sales Analytics.  Role based views.  Campaign management.  Client Details page.  Assets/Products details page.  Client contact log including last contact and next required contact.  Send out configurable automated emails.  Send out configurable automated text messages.  Automated and manual notes on the client page.  Invoices/Sales details.  Calendar feature.  Parent child accounts.  Maintain detailed logs of all actions performed.  Ability to categorize clients/customers based on order history.
