         The current task is to evaluate organizational approaches and to develop sustainability policies in line with the organizational requirements. Further as part of the exercise, the sustainability policies will be prepared in accordance with the prevailing legislative and regulatory requirements as well. The following part of the report will focus on each of these aspects and presented answers to few case review questions as well. The organization under review is Tiny Opera Company and the organizational policies and procedures are reviewed by Business manager to propose with all the necessary modifications to make them fit for sustainability requirements and fill the gaps in meeting the expectations of the sustainability policies.
Analysis and Discussion:
(i) Environmental protection and Bio-Diversity Act(1999) is one of the key provision of the Federal government of Australia, that insists on to protect the ecological conditions of the country. More specifically the act insists the organizational compliance to protect and manage national, internationally important flora, fauna, ecological communities and heritage places in the nation. Even act works on to protect the threatened species as well. Legally the current organization should not be allowed by way of its procedures and policies to dump out the waste and debris in the public places should not be allowed to dump out the hazardous materials causing harm to the society and the environment. Also the organization should not be allowed to disturb the bio-diversity or the eco-balance of the flora and fauna in the premises (Act, 1999). The review policies and procedures of the following aspects makes up some of the mandatory compliance requirements of the company and the same need to be documented appropriately,
· Waste disposal policies
· Audio compliance requirements during the orchestra
· Food and beverages policies during the programme
· Employing sustainable policies for ticketing and related functions
· Energy consumption and sustainability compliances
(2)     Some of the best practice models used by theatres and Performance spaces,
· Recycling
· Informed decisions like employing sustainable procurement procedures
· Ecological policies promotion
· Waste minimization
· Energy conservation and reducing the traditional energy usage
· Employing all energy efficient equipment and utilities
· Car pooling and employing mass transit
· Employ green initiatives like kitchen waste composting etc
· Making premises more green by plantation
· Supporting organizations that do have sustainable initiatives
(3) Sustainability policies:
· Sustainability in operations - Policy
Organization will employ only the policies which will either directly or indirectly contribute to the sustainability practices (Galpin, 2015).  
· Explanation: Will employ only the policies that will encourage the organizations that are committed to the sustainability. For example organizations that are using sustainability practices in their manufacturing practices are allowed to meet the procurement requirements in the organization and can be selected for vendors (Green Jr et al., 2012).
