· Each Instructor shall have Name, Office Address, Phone Number, Rank, Department_ID
· Each course shall have Course Title, Course Hours
· Each student shall have First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Enrollment Date
· Each enrollment shall have Course_ID and Student_ID as Primary Key and Department_ID as attribute. All will refer to primary keys of their respective entities.
