Organisation Overview
Robyn Taylor Child Development Centre is not only a place for children to learn but also a place for children where they can pl
ay and enjoy their games. The age group of 0–6-year children can enrol and enjoy their school life. Robyn Taylor Child Development Centre is an institute, which is owned by one of the best educational psychologists in Sydney.Robyn Taylor Child Development Centre is the world of learning and is specially designed while keeping in mind the enhancement of every child’s unique talent and learning capacity.
This can only be possible by building an emotional intelligence into a child’s nature and even by developing a childcare setting in a centre. The only aim of this centre is to give a great benefit to every enrolment and their families too. The strategy of this centre is to build every child cognitive ability, emotional resilience, sense of stability and motivation. A sense of motivation is much needed in every child because it is very important to keep yourself motivated when you want to achieve something in life.
The psychology of a child is nurtured at this age only because this is the age where the child will adopt what someone will tell them or teach them so this centre is used to build a child psychology in every positive aspect. Moreover, all these things will be completed in the child development centre, which is designed by a child psychologist. The centre focuses mainly on assisting children to maximise their true potential inner spirit. Children learn through:
· Extension of their gifts and talents
· Assistance with building cognitive abilities
· Building confidence & motivation to learn
· Responding to your child’s developmental needs
· Raising emotionally intelligent children
· Acknowledging desirable behaviour
· Nutritious meals
· Equipping parents with behaviours management programs
· Managing parenting challenges
· Pulling it all together – our play-based bag of learning tools
This institute was run by a child psychologist, Robyn Taylor for over 40 years, she has dedicated herself totally to understanding and developing children's activity that is cognitively and emotionally. She has developed a unique education framework and a unique child development programmed and names the Robyn Taylor development framework. This framework supports an early age framework that is early age children to help them in the educational, social and emotional development.
The centre focuses on the learning and development environment that cares about the cognitive activity of young children. The trust of children was mainly on the centre to keep their child safe and active in taking part in cognitive activity. Kim (2020) stated that the children will experience a great environment and the centre is verified by a trusted, registered psychologist. Robyn has an overall of 40 years of experience working in the early childhood education sector.
Robyn Taylor understands the educational psychology of a child to a high degree and implements quality standards of education at all times. The centre can help the children in gaining literacy and numeracy with easy methods. The centre is very supportive in every aspect and shows respect to a family of children. The centre gives a child the best possible starting point in life and the best quality education.
The child can renowned themselves and integrate psychology within a childcare setting, the age of 0-6 can now get a tailored program to maximise their potential and motivation. The child is free to enjoy the environment and play games within the centre and the learning programs will be held by the games that were conducted to increase the cognitive memory.
The infrastructure of the centre is too good and adopted for a child. The classrooms have been purposely designed for the age group of 0-6 years that is for infants and toddlers through to pre-school. The main motive of this centre is to set up a mind of children to achieve success at the early age and to keep themselves motivated.
Many targeted programs will help a child to maximise their potential and motivation to develop fine and gross motor skills, literacy, pre-reading and comprehension, numeracy, cognitive abilities, social skills, emotional maturity and resilience, hand-eye coordination, balance and general fitness in addition to a lifelong love of learning.
The centre helps in building a bridge between childcare and primary first-year school to fill the gap. The centre equipped the child with cognitive abilities, social and emotional skills, confidence and self-esteem to set the mind of a child from the very first day of school and they should know why they are gaining theoretical and practical knowledge.
Robyn Taylor takes up to 60 children in a room setting with a very family and community-friendly environment. The centre is equipped with three large activities rooms and as well as two cot rooms with the ground as well for the outdoor game. The building consists of:
