Like Milestone Two, this task provides you with an opportunity to dive deeper into your analysis of the issue/event through these two lenses.     There has been huge transformation in the wellness sector in the modern-day culture. Similar to wellness, it’s a balanced work-life balance which have become a buzzword in the modern society. Hence, work-life balance is the state of equili
ium where the individual equally prioritizes his career as well as his personal life. This are the two concepts which are transforming the entire work environment. If one is able to maintain a perfect work-life balance then it can enhance the overall quality of life. Further, it can help to please the occupation dimension with respect to personal satisfaction and enhances the productivity with respect to work. It also changes the environmental, social dimension as well as trickle down through the dimensions (Garcia, 2015). There are four general education lenses through which we learn the society, goals and priorities which are sprouting around the society. Analysis
    When we analyze the history of the educational lenses then we are able to find solutions and recognize the problems with respect to the present and the future. If we look at the past, it can be stated that the baby boomers desired for the stability of their jobs and observed values and principles with respect to the employment. Further, they were exposed to hardships from a very early age. Also, it is the baby boomers who worked dedicatedly and even for longer hours than any other generations. They did not emphasize on the work-life balance and was able to intake more level of stress as they held higher positions in the companies.
