PART THREE: Essay Question: (40 points)
Construct a large urban garden for your neighborhood or some other meaningful location that embodies the principles of exactly TWO of the following: environmental justice (Lawson), climate justice (Baptiste and Rhiney), participatory democracy (can be Manno, Seikatsu, Menser), veganism (Hooley and Noobis). Include at least one quote from each readings in your anwer.
Does your garden conflict with the other two views? Explain why or why not.
Your garden should include outdoor space and plots and indoor as well (hydroponics, aquaponics, and/our greenhouse) and make sure to discuss: its goals, who owns it, where the funding comes from, who decides what to plant, who works there, and who buys/receives the food.
