1.It is imperative that the application is reviewed before, during, and after implementation for efficiency,effectiveness, and accuracy.The design review allows for correcting errors before applications and databases are promoted to production status.SQL and Application review usually fall somewhere between the organizational review andpre-implementation review. Every SQL statement in the application is reviewed during the application development process by a DBA. Code Review plays an integral role in improving product quality. Itis also essential for developers to be aware of the coding guidelineswhile working on their code changes. Catching a bug early in the process is inexpensive and easier to resolve than catching it later on. This includes working with the right data types that represent your data, making sure that the working data set is minimal in size, naming conventions are clear and meaningful, verifying the security of SQL server data, good resource management, and implementing structured error handling to capture runtime errors as well as appropriate indexing.
2.It is crucialto review the code before implementing it in a process. The codes are written manually by humans since there are possibilitiesof errors in the codes. Errors can create and store wrong data, for instance, the incorrect use of data type can produce an inaccurate report, and this can cost a lot of money to fix,if notfixed beforethe implementation process. On the other hand, if the code is checked,then it can save time, streamlining the development process and can decrease the amount of required work of the quality assurance teams.
