Assume that you are interested in testing the relationship between employee bottom-line mentality and unethical pro-organizational behavior (engaging in unethical behaviors for benefiting their organization). You were able to find the following scales from academic research articles, and now you are ready to create an online survey (see questionnaires in the word doc). By using the following survey measures (questionnaires), create an online survey at Qualtrics.com (please refer to tutorials and materials under “Step 3: Survey development.”

Once you create your survey, you should be able to activate and create a distribution link. Upload your Qualtrics link in this dropbox.

Part 2:This is a practice analysis to help you run statistical analyses.

Please use the sample data below.

Please provide your answers in a Word doc.

  1. Read Step 4 (Data prep) and practice data preparation. At the end of this section, you should have the dataset with calculated scales.

  2. Read Step 5 (Correlation and Regression Analyses) and answer following questions.

    1. Take a screenshot of your correlation table that includes all of the variables that you created in Step 4.

    2. Interpret your correlation table from (a). What are relationships you believe reasonable and/or interesting?

    3. Run regressions to test the following research questions.
How is one's job mobility associated with unethical behavior? Do people with high job mobility behave more unethically? Include a social desirability variable in your regression model as a predictor.
Among Organizational identification, BLM, and job mobility, which is the strongest predictor for Deviance?

*. Correlation is significant at the 0.05 level (2-tailed).
**. Correlation is significant at the 0.01 level (2-tailed).
Correlation coefficient between OID and BLM is statistically significant. R=0.326.
Its moderate and positive. Hence, they have positive association.
