PART 1 (A1.1) Online Citing and Referencing Module (CRM) - Due 8pm Thursday 30/7 Purpose: Acknowledging the sources of the information we rely on to inform us and to make decisions with is an important part of scholarly activity. As a university student, you are considered a scholar and so you are required to apply the conventions of scholarly work. One of those conventions is referencing. There are many referencing styles. The one used in the Faculty of Business is Harvard. Getting referencing right is a matter of paying attention to detail – the order of information required, where to put commas and full stops, which bits of information to include.
