Wish is an e-commerce application which connects sellers and buyers. The bulk of items offered on Wish come from China and other non-USA distributors.






Part B: Problem/Issue





State the business problem/issue to be addressed using statistics and why this problem/issue is important to the company/organization.




Wish delivery time is significant slower when compared to Ebay and/or Amazon. Even with expedited shipping; customers still wait 5 days on average. Wish wants to retain and increase shoppers by offering their products significantly cheaper to compensate for the slower shipping.

Description: In this analysis report we are going to analyse the e-commerce data set relate
d to clothes. Where the customers buy different types of cloths from a firm and give their feedback and rating about the experience of the quality of the product.
Part B: Business problem:
As an analyst we are interested that whether there is any difference between the ratings of the different products based on their departments or all the products receive same type of feedback and rating.
