When I joined my new company, I have realised that I was quite wrong, as my previous experience seems to be limited for my new job role. I faced different types of challenges that affect my work activities to manage things properly. I could not represent a competent leader and that affect my managerial work. I could not obtain relevant and sufficient information and statistical data to my workforce that also makes me worried, as I could not represent me as a good enough manager that my organisation demands for me. I feel that I cannot communicate with my team members or workforce who is working under me. I realised that I did not have sufficient experience to do judge my new management role. This is the reason I could not enhance a sustainable institutional performance for my organisation and that make worried.
