a. Ethics cannot be perfectly defined therefore its constituents cannot be hard and fast. Ethics is t
he difference between right and wrong. The biggest challenge in development of set of rules and guidelines for increase in ethical behaviour is that the given set of rules and guidelines can be put in an exhaustive list which can be valid in all the circumstances. The definition of ethics may be different for different people which make it difficult to define a particular set of rules.
b. For conducting the business, the presence of ethics is important because it helps in compliance of laws and regulation as made from time to time in the market based economy. As the image of a company is developed as an ethical organization in the market, the company profits also increases. Consumers these days are more inclined towards ethical company.
c. There are many reason for an individual to be unethical and few of the reasons are under mentioned:-
· The person may be greedy and acts unethically to satisfy his/her greed.
· The individual follows the footsteps of an unethical person.
· The environment either work or personal created near the individual may be unethical which makes him/her unethical as well.
