With the increase in the trend of globalization, people belonging to different cultures and backgrounds need to interact more. Diversity management is utilized for supporting the defence mechanism against the workplace diversity. Diversity can be the important difference between the languages, religion, and ethnicity present within the community (ANJORIN and Jansari, 2018). The management of differences and the similarities of the employees serving the same organization might let them feel the discrimination. The cultural diversity is important when it comes to the differences of the culture. The culture of a workplace shows the social, demographic and cultural differences at the level of the society. The organizations with the culturally diverse workforce find challenges (Bui, and Eguaikhide, 2019). No person is same as each person vary due to the age, education, thoughts, religion and the background. Thus managing a team with so many differences often make it very challenging for the people. For any organization it is important to have a multicultural workforce due to the importance of the concept of globalization for the businesses (Lambert, 2016). Thus to have an in-depth insight of the different social, legal, cultural and political requirements of the other countries. For the retention of such a diverse environment it is needed to take different steps related to problem-solving, interpretation of the different problems and the situations (Mateescu, 2018). Main task : Methodology How are you going to conduct your research? I would be using surveys from the staff of Tesco and interviews from the managers to know about the current cultural diversity management practices. The survey questionnaire will be sent through the emails; whereas, the interviews would be conducted face-to-face. Sources of Information: References used so far: ANJORIN, R. and Jansari, A., 2018.
